During a telephone conversation, we take note of all your requirements or suggest an on-site appointment, depending on the scale of your project. In all cases, we work with you to define specifications and then produce samples for final approval.

We do not charge for the study phase. However, we do charge for sampling, which is refundable with the first order.

We do not collect your soiled bags. They must be destroyed by your specialized service provider.

What is your delivery time?
If we have your product in stock, we deliver within 72 hours in France and 5 business days throughout Europe. If we need to manufacture your product, the delivery time will be 4 to 8 weeks depending on specifications.
